- Locations: CEMPS has 7 service locations all over the country (Bucharest, Cluj , Timisoara , Brasov, Slatina , Buzau and Vatra Dornei); the intervention time is max. 24 ore hours from the customer’s request.
- Personnel: The service department has specialized and trained personnel (in total 39 persons). The personnel’s training is made in our own center as well as in HYSTER’s training centers. Most of our technical personnel owns HYSTER license for equipment maintenance and reparations..
- Logistics: - Technical assistance vans- 20 pcs.

- Spare parts:
- spare parts department with representatives in each location;
- the spare parts are organized with the SAP program, each service location has the necessary IT logistics;
- in the spare parts warehouses there are about 10.000 items, that can be delivered from stock or within max. 48 hours.
2. SERVICE CONTRACTS :
For the maintenance and reparations activity, three types of service contracts can be concluded:
- full-service contract (all included, with the payment of a fix value/hour);
- maintenance contract – monthly revision (a fix value/month/equipment, representing the labor)
- service contract upon request (the works are made following a provisional quotation sheet).
When the equipment is delivered, the operators are trained for the correct use and daily maintenance of the machines. We can also provide assistance for obtaining the ISCIR authorization for the operation of the forklift trucks.
4. DOCUMENTS :
The technical book of the equipment necessary for the daily maintenance and for obtaining the ISCIR authorization for operation.
Operator’s manual whichincludes the general and the safety rules for handling and driving the equipment.
5. ASSISTANCE :
Through the SAP program we can make the constant technical evaluation of the fleet of forklift trucks, putting at customer’s disposal the history of the malfunctions found as well as the history of the expenses for each machine.
